Clients may not use our services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to distributing harmful content, infringing on intellectual property, or spreading malware.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1 Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement. Deposits or partial payments may be non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and software developed by SparkCreate Solutions remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

4.2 Licensing
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables as outlined in the agreement. SparkCreate Solutions retains the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with SparkCreate Solutions will be protected and not disclosed without your permission, except as required by law.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions to deliverables are limited to the number specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra costs. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.

7. Termination

7.1 By the Client
The client may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to any cancellation fees outlined in the service agreement.

7.2 By SparkCreate Solutions
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the service agreement.

7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all work delivered remains the property of SparkCreate Solutions until payment obligations are fulfilled.

8. Liability

SparkCreate Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted services.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party tools or services to deliver your project. SparkCreate Solutions is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party integrations.

10. Changes to Terms

SparkCreate Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in courts within this jurisdiction.
